Yeah… I’m back to my soon-to-be spider covered blog.
In the last post, I did say about going thru the learning… Well, manage to work on most of them. :)

  1. Learning to put in more action than words *Checked
  2. Learning to prioritize my work stuffs *Still in the middle on working on it
  3. Learning to come out with a detailed plan before executing any actions *Checked
  4. Learning to managing my time more efficiently *Still in the middle on working on it
  5. Learning to share, enjoy and play with. * NOT Checked

Well.. at least manage to work some of them out. ;)

In terms of work status

  • Coder will be finishing during this month to check on the status
  • Emall funds will be check by M
  • Accounting Book will be tidied by Y
  • Need to get RP List from M
  • Tidy the stock list
  • Plan to setup a blog on it
  • Plan for the 3rd Batch of Clothing
  • Plan for the marketing plan for the clothing

*Overall, things are in the pipeline and moving to our target

  • Moderating the forums and website
  • Ensuring that the forums, website and emails are in working order
  • Posting contents created into the website, forums maybe video site when needed.
  • Editing of the videos (Hilltop, FightG and FightWorks)
  • Just finish contacting all the sports sponsors for the upcoming events.
  • Just finish creating the User Manual
  • Looking for the upgrade of the site and video plugin
  • Looking for the calendar plugin for the site
  • Getting information on the artiste for the Hosting and Photoshoot
  • Visiting the various gyms

*Overall, i shall see how does it works out at the end product ;)
